Overview
We offer refunds, minus shipping costs, for unopened and un-damaged products purchased within the past 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will be charged a restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened
- In the same condition it was received
- In original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable product such as probiotics and oral immunoglobulins are not returnable.
Non-returnable items include (list not all-inclusive):
- Probiotics
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition or packaging is damaged
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status, approval/rejection, of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, contact us including your order number and pictures of the damage. We will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned/exchanged item.
